Refund policy
Returns
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused, in perfect condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
Once your return is approved, you have an additional 7 days for the item to arrive back to the address we provide. This means the product must be delivered back to us within 21 days from when you received your order.
If the item is not received within this 21-day window, we will be unable to process the return.
To ensure a smooth process, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued after the item has been received and inspected. If the returned product shows signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging, the return will be declined and the item will be sent back to you.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (both initial and return shipping) are non-refundable, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aaxxis.com and include photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
